This Privacy Policy explains how PCSOFT ERP Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“PCSOFT”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use the PCSOFT IEV mobile application (the “App”). The App is an extension of your organization’s Int-E-View (IEV) ERP system, intended for authorized employees and representatives of our client organizations to perform business operations such as viewing sales data, tracking cash flow, monitoring attendance, and approving documents on the go.
By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
The App connects to the ERP server operated by or on behalf of your employer or organization (the “Client”). In most cases, your Client is the data fiduciary / controller of the business data you access, and PCSOFT acts as a data processor providing the software. Your access credentials and permissions are issued and governed by your Client’s ERP administrator.
The App displays and lets you act on business information held in your organization’s ERP, which may include sales orders, purchase orders, daily and monthly sales figures, cash flow projections, rejection records, payment approvals, and employee attendance/presence data. This information is owned by your organization and is shown to you based on your assigned role and permissions.
Depending on the features you use, the App may request the following permissions. You may grant or deny these in your device settings:

We do not collect contacts, photos, microphone, precise location, or other personal data unless a specific feature requires it and you have granted permission.

Business data accessed through the App is stored on the ERP server operated by or for your organization, which may be on-premise or hosted on cloud infrastructure. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls and role-based permissions — to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Business data is retained within your organization’s ERP according to your organization’s retention policies and applicable law. Authentication and diagnostic data collected by the App is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
